Enjoy a fantastic stay in an ideal space for both families and remote workers who want to work from the Costa del Sol and have the main points of interest of the city within walking distance.
This studio has a bedroom with a double bed in an open space and is connected to the living room, kitchen, and dining room which makes the place a spacious and comfortable space for your stay. This apartment allows you to enjoy drinking coffee, reading a book, watching your favorite series, working, studying, and feeling at home in a single place that perfectly combines elegance and comfort. The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator. The apt is located on the second floor with an elevator. It has air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay a perfect time there.

The flat is located north of the old town. Walking distance from all the museums and city attractions.
The closest beach is 2.6km away, in Playa La Malagueta.
The apartment does not have parking. The public parking ¨Garage las Delicias¨ is located within 4 minutes' walking distance.

- 39 EUR from Friday to Sunday
- 20 EUR per day
The main interest places are just a few minutes walk away, however, if you like to explore every corner and learn more about the city, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment, you will find a variety of stations.
For stays of 28 dyas or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged via resolution center once the bills are available. The Internet is complimentary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 75 EUR.
4. Outside check-in hours an additional charge is required, inform us in advance.
