Distributed in 1 double bed and 1 bathroom, open space with fully equipped kitchenette to enjoy preparing your favorite dishes. In addition, a spacious living room with sofa bed and ideal spaces to share with those who accompany you on this adventure. Thanks to its location, our guests can comfortably walk around the city, as the main tourist attractions are located a few meters from the accommodation: Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Museum, Alcazaba, Roman Theater, etc.. The main shopping street of the city is just 100 meters away where you will find plenty of stores, bars and restaurants of all kinds. The Malagueta beach is about 15 minutes walking distance. You will be able to enjoy high speed wifi connection and air conditioning.

The main sites of interest are a few minutes walking, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city better, Malaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of bus stations and parking stations in case you bring your car to this adventure.
For stays of 28 days or longer, please note the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. The Internet service is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 75 EUR.
4. Outside check-in hours an additional charge is required, please inform us in advance.
