Sharing Co presents this charming accommodation with two spacious bedrooms with double bed, closet and views of a romantic downtown street, the property has an additional room suitable as an office with a beautiful desk from where you will put your best ideas to flow. The bathroom is equipped with shower and WC and has a modern design with luxury finishes that will help you complement the experience of comfort that the property offers. In addition, you will be able to enjoy the cozy and elegant living room from where you can share unforgettable moments with your companions or enjoy your favorite series on the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your best recipes and you will find there a dining bar to enjoy your meals.

Enjoy the Costa del Sol from a property perfectly located in the center of the city of Marbella. You will stay in a strategic point of the city, close to the points of interest but away from the noise. The property is located next to the beautiful Parque de la Represa, a ten minutes walk from the beach where you can jog, sit and read and relax with the sea breeze, or enjoy wonderful views, you will also find a variety of supermarkets, restaurants and bars that reflect the best culinary traditions of the area. In a few minutes you will reach the historic center of the city where you can enjoy the beautiful facades of the area, know the Alcazaba and the iconic walls of the city, also enjoy the legendary walk along the Avenida del Mar from where you can enjoy an outdoor museum where you will find 10 beautiful works of artist Salvador Dali while you decide which of the terraces of the road you will sit for a drink or walk through the beautiful lung of the city, the Alameda Park, enjoy a typical Marbellí night among other incredible plans that the city has for you.
The best way to get around and see the wonders of the city is walking. However, it has a bus network that allows you to be connected to different parts of the city and surrounding places. There are 14 bus lines, but the three main lines that pass through the center of Marbella are:
L-1: goes to Puerto Banús.
L-3: goes through La Cañada shopping center.
L-6: passes by the bus station.
For stays of 28 days or longer, please note the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 125 EUR
