The property has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom inside the master bedroom and another full bathroom for the other two bedrooms. It has a living room with an open kitchen fully equipped with the utensils you need to prepare your favorite recipes and a south facing terrace with direct sea views to enjoy the perfect climate of the city with your best company.

Enjoy the Costa del Sol from a property perfectly located in a quiet residential area, ten minutes walk from the beach where you can enjoy its unique waves, jogging on the beach, sit and read and relax with the sea breeze, or enjoy wonderful views, you will also find supermarkets, restaurants and bars that reflect the best culinary traditions of the area.
