Sharing Co presents this new property in the Barrio de las Letras. A very bright penthouse of 114m2, which also has an outdoor terrace of 18m2. The building is equipped with a lift. The house is located in the historic district of Las Letras, very close to the main museums of the capital, and considered one of the trendy districts to enjoy some of the most typical dishes of Madrid, such as the cocido.
As for the apartment, it is a fantastic apartment with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, which make it a perfect place to travel with the family. It also has 2 bathrooms, equipped with shower. In addition the property has air conditioning with heat pump. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker,... two full bathrooms, one of them inside the master bedroom. One of the most outstanding features of the property is its terrace, of 18 m2, which will allow the tenants to enjoy the good weather that Madrid offers.

Nowadays, the Barrio de las Letras is one of the most charming and attractive areas of Madrid. Its commercial and gastronomic offer is wide and very peculiar. Added to this is the tranquility and seclusion of a pedestrian environment free of vehicular traffic.
