Magnificent apartment in the Tetuán neighborhood, next to the Ventilla metro stop and a 10-minute walk from Plaza de Castilla. It has two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and we have all the comforts for you to enjoy a wonderful stay. Surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and with great communication.

Each bedroom has a closet and window that gives luminosity to the space. The property has a bathroom equipped with sink, shower and toilet. In addition, an illuminated and modern open kitchen bar type with the necessary elements for you to prepare your favorite recipes during your stay. Within the same space, you will have a spacious living and dining room where you will find a comfortable sofa and a TV with cable to enjoy your favorite programs and a 6-seat dining room. The property is characterized by its sober and neutral design with touches of color that give life and warmth to each space to make you feel at home from the first moment.
The property is strategically located just minutes from the center of Madrid and the main points of interest of the city. With all the amenities you need and with excellent customer service in case you require anything additional.
A receptionist from the Sharing Co team will meet you in front of the building at the scheduled time, hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us at least 24 hours before your arrival.
A late check-in fee of between 30 and 50 euros will be charged depending on the time of arrival.

The property is located between the district of Tetuan and Chamartin, one of the best places to stay in Madrid, and is the perfect area for those who love to be close to the center and the main points of interest of the city, but away from the noise and bustle characteristic of its streets.
This area is very well communicated in the middle of the gastronomic golden mile and has a wide cultural offer and numerous green and landscaped areas. You will have a few steps from the beautiful Agustin Rodriguez park from where you will enjoy the best sunsets, a few steps from the Canal Foundation from where you will enjoy alternative cultural plans offered by the city, just 14 kilometers from the airport and the legendary Puerta del Sol and not being little if you are a soccer lover a few meters away you will find the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium where Real Madrid plays the most legendary matches.
