The space is ideal for families and tourists looking for an outdoor space with all the comforts for a fabulous stay in the city but that makes them feel at home.
Bright and beautiful property with two bedrooms; master bedroom with 1,50 bed and large custom made closet, the secondary bedroom is suitable with a desk, single sofa bed and a custom made closet. The property has a beautiful recently refurbished bathroom with a hydro-massage shower and WC. In addition, a bright and modern open kitchen with the necessary elements for you to prepare your favorite recipes during your stay. Within the same space, there is a large living and dining room where you will find a comfortable single sofa bed and a TV with cable to enjoy your favorite programs along with a 4-seater dining room. The property is characterized by its warmth which makes it a cozy space that will make you feel at home from the first moment.
The property is strategically located just minutes from the center of Madrid and the main points of interest of the city. With all the amenities you need and with excellent customer service in case you require anything additional.

Arganzuela is a district that hosts a chain of suburbs located along the Manzanares River. This district has become one of the best areas in Madrid to live, work and enjoy leisure.
