Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Malasaña neighborhood in Madrid, Sharing Co is transforming this building into a multifunctional space that captures the vitality of contemporary urban life. This project respects the historic and cultural essence of the area, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

This iconic building has been renovated to accommodate 18 CoLiving rooms, each with its own bathroom, with the aim of fostering cohabitation and connection among residents. On the first floor, 5 tourist apartments have been created to offer an authentic Madrid experience. On the ground floor, 3 spaces with rich cultural and historical value have been preserved. However, the highlight is on the top floor, where an innovative common area with a vertical garden has been created to promote sustainability and the integration of nature into the urban environment.

Every aspect of this project has been carefully considered to blend history, innovation, and sustainability. We have implemented ecological measures and selected environmentally friendly materials in every phase of the renovation, contributing to the long-term well-being of the community and the planet.
