Arco Galán

CEO & Co-founder

Arco Galán is the CEO and founder of Sharing Co, a company he has led since 2021. With more than 15 years of experience in the flexliving and international real estate sector, he has developed a solid track record in management, operations, investment and transformation of real estate assets. Since the beginning of his career, he has worked on creating flexible real estate solutions that adapt to people's needs. He holds a degree in Business & Marketing from London Metropolitan University.

Jaime Bello

Co-founder & COO

Jaime Bello is co-founder and COO of Sharing Co. With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, he leads the company's operations while contributing to the growth and expansion of the business, with the goal of transforming the industry towards more flexible solutions adapted to current needs. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in business development and operations, in addition to having worked as a management control consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Nebrija University and an MBA in Multilateral Project Management from ICEX-CECO.

Alfonso Morodo

Board Member

Alfonso Morodo, entrepreneur and board member in different companies, with extensive experience in sectors such as beverages, real estate and strategic management. As owner and CEO of AMAG Consulting & Enterprises, he leads several family initiatives such as: Grupo Interalfombra, Logística DSI2010, Inmuebles Yucatan or ENCAJA. Alfonso holds a degree in industrial engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa. Together with Antonio Pardo, he founded Tent Peak Properties in 2021, focused on the rehabilitation of properties under the flexliving concept. Previously, they promoted brands such as Gin Mare through their groups Vantguard and Global Premium Brands, achieving its expansion to more than 75 countries and its sale in 2022 to the U.S. giant Brown Forman, consolidating its leadership in the premium beverage sector.

Antonio Pardo

Board Member

Antonio Pardo is an entrepreneur, owner and CEO of Pardo & Galarza, from where he leads a business group composed of 12 companies, in which he also participates as a director. His experience covers sectors such as beverages, strategic and financial services, catering and renewable energies. Among his group's outstanding companies are Sgidrinks, Vintia Group, Encaja and Beegreen. Antonio has a background in business management and finance, and an MBA in Business Administration from IE Business School. Together with Alfonso Morodo, he founded Tent Peak Properties in 2021, focused on the rehabilitation of properties under the flexliving concept.
