Nice apartment for 3 persons of 50m2 near Picasso's birth house museum, the Malagueta beach, located in a very dynamic neighbourhood, close to the city center and equipped with all the amenities you are looking for a perfect stay on the Costa del Sol.
Sharing Co presents this charming accommodation located next to Malaga center and fully equipped with everything you need to make your experience in Malaga an unforgettable adventure. The property consists of a beautiful master bedroom with a double bed and bedside tables on the side. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, shower, and bathtub to relax after a long day of sightseeing and take advantage of the city's wonders. In addition, the cozy living room space is equipped with an armchair, TV, sofa, and coffee table, and next to the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your best recipes.
We are available to attend all your requests and provide you with the best lodging experience, contact us by phone (preferably), by email, or through the Airbnb messaging system.
The apartment is strategically located in a quiet neighborhood, quiet but close to the most representative places of the city: You will be next to the beautiful San Miguel park from where you can go to read a book and enjoy the incredible climate of the city, a few meters away you will also have the magnificent construction Alcazaba of Malaga, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre or if you prefer romantic views you will find the Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city. in addition, you will have a few steps away variety of typical restaurants, museums, supermarkets and entertainment areas that you will love.
The main sites of interest are within a 15 minute walk and, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city better, Malaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of bus stations and parking stations in case you bring your car to this adventure.

- Bus stops: Tejeros and Olletas are a few minutes walking distance.
- Airport "Málaga-Costa del Sol", 21 minutes by car.
For stays of 28 days or longer, please note the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. The Internet service is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 99 EUR
