In addition, a spacious living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed and ideal spaces to share with those who accompany you on this adventure. Thanks to its location, our guests will be able to comfortably explore the city on foot, as the main tourist attractions are just a few metres from the accommodation: Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Malaga Museum, Alcazaba, Roman Theatre, etc. The main commercial street of the city is just 100 metres away where you will find countless shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds. The Malagueta beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. They will be able to enjoy high-speed WiFi and air conditioning.

For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information:
1. You will have to sign a rental contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be included here.
3. You will have to pay an additional administrative fee of 150 EUR.
In case you require or request an in-person Check In, the charge would be:
