Enjoy that home feeling from this apartment for 2 people in the center of Malaga with a master bedroom consisting of a double bed and two bedside tables with table lamps and cozy decor to rest and feel at home, the bathroom of the property is fully equipped and has a bathtub to take relaxing baths after a long day; In addition, the living room has a sofa and smart TV and a balcony with spectacular views to the outside, the space is connected to the dining room and kitchen. This apartment is also ideal because it has private parking, so this is no longer a concern during your stay.

The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Malaga in a quiet zone, the ideal location to visit the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta is 2.6km away (half an hour's walk). It is strategically located and within minutes you can find the most representative places of the city: it is only 10 minute's walk from the Plaza de la Merced, 9 from the Picasso museum, and 14 from the University; it is also surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and entertainment areas.
The main interest places are just a few minutes walk away, however, if you like to explore every corner and learn more about the city, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment, you will find a variety of stations.
For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water, and gas will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month (The amount applies to the total combined utility expense). Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the bills are available. Internet is supplementary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 99 EUR
