Its large windows provide luminosity and will allow you to delight yourself with the perfect views and the beautiful sky of the city. The space has a comfortable double bed separated from the living room by a wall that provides privacy to the space. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. In addition, the living room is open space and is connected to the three-seater dining room and the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen. The property is characterised by its warm and cozy yet modern and trendy design. If you are looking for a space that makes you feel at home but with the comforts of the best hotels, without a doubt, this is the ideal space for your next adventure in the city.

The apartment is strategically located in a quiet neighborhood, quiet but close to the most representative places of the city: You will be a few minutes walk dell beautiful park San Miguel from where you can go to read a book and enjoy the incredible climate of the city, a few meters away you will also have the magnificent construction Alcazaba of Malaga, the Picasso museum in Malaga, the Cathedral, glass museum, the Roman theater or if you prefer romantic views you will find the Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city, in addition, you will have a few steps variety of typical restaurants, museums, supermarkets and entertainment areas that you will love.
The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta is about twenty minutes walk. It is also surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets and entertainment areas.
The main places of interest are just a few minutes walk away, however, if you like to explore every corner and learn more about the city, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment, you will find a variety of stations.
For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water, and gas will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month (The amount applies to the total combined utility expense). Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the bills are available. Internet is supplementary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
