The second bedroom is very bright and is equipped with a small single bed of about 90 cm, shelves and a perfect desk to let your best ideas flow. The bathroom has been renovated with your comfort and relaxation in mind with a shower and toilet. In addition, the living room is bright and with the ideal ventilation, has beautiful furniture of neutral and sober design with touches of color that give life to the spaces, a TV and coffee table to enjoy your favorite series or share unforgettable chats with those who accompany you during your stay in the city. The kitchen is undoubtedly one of the spaces that you will like the most, it is a bright space equipped with all the utensils you need to spend great evenings preparing your favorite meals and a beautiful dining room with 4 seats from which you can enjoy your meals with your ideal company.

Technically speaking, Chamberí is not a neighborhood. It is a district made up of six neighborhoods including: Gaztambide, Arapiles, Trafalgar, Almagro, Rios Rosas and Vallehermoso. What this tells us is that it is a large and diverse district where you can find unique elements such as mythical restaurants of the city, unique art galleries and neighborhood cinemas such as Cine Cartago with five cinemas and open since 1958. In addition, its streets hide the architectural legacy of Madrid's most traditional aristocracy, who lived here during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Chamberí is not a museum district and the advantage of this is that you do not have to queue to visit for example the Sorolla Museum, the house where the painter lived since 1911 with his family. The district of Chamberí is the perfect choice if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the most touristic area of the city without losing the possibility to enjoy all the attractions of the city as if you were in the center of Madrid.
You will have a few steps away unmissable alternative plans such as: Ponzano street from where you can enjoy the typical "Ponzaning" or go for tapas to the top restaurants and bars in the city, know the ghost station of Chamberí, the beautiful gardens of Enrique Herreros, or visit one of the best preserved palaces in the city, the Bermejillo Palace among many other places a few meters away from the property.

For stays of 28 days or longer, please note the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will be charged an additional administrative service fee of 125 EUR.
4. Outside check-in hours an additional charge is required, inform us in advance.
