This apartment is the perfect option for workers and families looking for a space that makes them feel at home with the best touches of luxury characteristic of a hotel and just minutes from the main points of interest.
Bright and beautiful property with three comfortable bedrooms with heating in each one, the first with a king size bed in the middle of two bedside tables with beautiful views and private bathroom inside the room with shower and toilet, the second also has a double bed, large spaces and an additional sofa from where you can enjoy the views of the city. The last bedroom contains a single bed, bedside table and ample space for your children or companions to relax and feel as comfortable as in your own home. You will have an additional bathroom also equipped with a shower and toilet. The common areas are spacious, bright and with luxury finishes, you will find a comfortable living room with sofa, coffee table and TV connected to the large dining room with six seats and right in front of the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite recipes in the comfort of your home.
The space is characterized for being a cozy space that will make you feel at home from the first moment and has all the amenities you need and excellent customer service in case you require anything additional.

The apartment is located in one of the best city areas, Nuevos Ministerios. Located in Tetuán, a multicultural and versatile district that manages to perfectly represent the essence of Madrid. In this area, you will be able to enjoy from museums, historical centers to typical bars and restaurants.
In addition, the area has a unique spirit, asymmetrical, but at the same time magical, every corner tells a new story so that during your walks you will see typical houses that represent past times, and a few steps away you will find modern skyscrapers.
Go shopping in Calle de Orense or Calle Bravo de Murillo, enjoy a delicious meal in the hundreds of restaurants, have a drink in one of the typical bars, and visit the spectacular Picasso Tower in the financial district AZCA are just some of the plans you can enjoy near to the property.

A few steps away you will have the stations of Nuevos Ministerios and Santiago Bernabéu from where you can access the metro lines: L6, L8 ang L10 that will connect you to all parts of the city or several bus stations nearby that will take you in a few minutes to the main points of interest.
