Bright and beautiful property with a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a cozy bedside table and ample storage space in the closet with lights inside. It also has a recently renovated bathroom with shower and toilet, the ideal space for you to take relaxing showers after a long day working or visiting the wonders of the city. The common areas of the property are characterized by their neutral decor with touches of color that fill the property with life in a sober and elegant but cozy way; The living room has a sofa with TV and cable to enjoy your favorite programs from the comfort of your new home and next to it a dining room with 4 seats. The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite recipes.
The space is characterized for being a cozy space that will make you feel at home from the first moment and has all the amenities you need and excellent customer service in case you require anything additional.

The district of Salamanca houses the neighborhood of Goya in which the property is located, this district is one of the best areas to live in due to the tranquility of its streets, the communication with the main points of the city and the proximity to cultural and gastronomic sites of interest.
It is also internationally known for its Golden Mile as it is a fashion reference. Ortega y Gasset Street and its surroundings are one of the most prestigious shopping areas of the city, containing boutiques of great designers and haute couture stores and luxury accessories. The area also has a high gastronomic offer of renowned restaurants awarded with Michelin Stars and is home to multiple art galleries and museums such as: Archaeological Museum of Madrid or the Lazaro Galdiano Museum among others. In a few minutes you can also find the beautiful park El Retiro to play sports, read a book or simply enjoy the beauty of its landscapes.
