The apartment is located in a residential but central area surrounded by restaurants, bars, pharmacies, stores and supermarkets. Everything you need is just a few steps away. Also just 15 minutes walking you will have the main points of interest of the city. Enjoy one of the best views of the Alhambra, the emblematic and beautiful building with a marble fountain and twelve lions around it, and the Sierra Nevada from the viewpoint of San Nicolas. You will also find a variety of Arab baths (hammam) throughout the city center, or the Paseo de los Tristes, the Casa Morisca, the Science Park, Casa del Chapiz, the Royal Chapel and many more places that will make you fall in love with the city.
In addition to the usual cab service, the city has an extensive bus network that runs throughout the city or a streetcar that connects the city from north to south and nearby towns such as Albilla, Albolote or Maracena. If you visit the city by car, keep in mind that there is no on-site parking but within 350 meters you will find nearby public parking lots such as Parking San Juan de Dios.
For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged via resolution center once the bills are available. The Internet is complimentary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 99 EUR.
