At Paseo de la Farola 8 in Málaga, we have carried out a remodeling, division, and change of use project, completely transforming this space. This initiative involves converting an existing office into three modern studios designed for tourist rentals.

Each of these studios has been meticulously designed to blend modern style with the latest amenities, providing guests with an exceptional accommodation experience. From space layout to the selection of furniture and decorative details, every element has been considered to create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere that caters to the needs and expectations of the most discerning travelers.

Located in Muelle 1, and a short walk from Malagueta Beach, this project takes advantage of a prime location that seamlessly combines urban vitality and coastal serenity. Inspired by the unique authenticity and character of the area, we are reinventing this space to create contemporary studios that capture the essence of Málaga.
