The project includes the creation of 28 CoLiving rooms, each with its own private bathroom, along with 6 individual studios and 7 apartments ranging in size from 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. This CoLiving approach fosters interaction and a sense of community, while the studios and apartments provide the desired comfort and privacy.

In the basement, space has been allocated for two social lounges and a fully equipped gym. On the ground floor, a versatile and dynamic space has been designed that blends work and entertainment areas.
